I've always been humored by some of the offbeat observances that I've seen. So, in honor of "April Fool's Day" I thought I would add a few of my favorites for the month of April:

- Straw Hat Month
- Fresh Florida Tomatos Month
- And how could we overlook "National Prepare Your Home To Be Sold Month!"
And then there are the weekly observances:
- 1-7 Laugh At Work Week
- 20-26 National Karaoke Week
- 24-30 National Scoop The Poop Week
And daily observances:
- 4 World Rat Day
- 6 Drowsy Driver Awareness Day
- 16 National Wear Your Pajamas To Work Day
